Our Low-Carb plans provide reduced quantities of carbohydrates from starchy carbohydrate sources. The Low-Carb macros split is 35% Protein, 25% Carbs, and 40% Fat. The Balanced plan provides a balanced split of protein, carbohydrates, and fat: 25% Protein, 35% Carbs, and 40% Fat.
