We do ensure that all meals for pregnant clients are in line with NHS guidelines and regulations for eating while pregnant/breastfeeding. I would recommend booking a nutrition consultation with one of our nutritionists here before placing your order so that we can discuss your individual requirements, and try to cater your plan as much as possible to any cravings (or aversions!) that you might currently be experiencing.

Some cuts of meat could come pink on the inside (like steak) and it's better to avoid this during pregnancy. You can list beef or red meat as one of your exclusions, or if you'd like to remove the meals that could come medium-rare specifically, please get in touch with us and we will remove these meals manually from your menu.

The salmon we use is farmed, and the levels of mercury are a lot lower compared to wild salmon, meaning it's safe to have this included.

Furthermore, all dairy products on the menu are pasteurized and safe to consume.
