In order to hand over the keys to the apartment, the rental deposit should be sent to your landlord.
The transfer must be made before picking up your keys.
The bank account and landlord info for the transfer can be found under your bookings.
Send us proof of your deposit
Once you send the transfer, send a screenshot of it to us so that we can verify the transaction.
Book a key exchange appointment
If you haven't done so already, book a key exchange appointment here so we can forward you the specific check-in info for your apartment.
Depending on the apartment you might receive the keys:
Directly from the landlord
Via a key box outside the apartment
Personally in our office in 1030
In any case make sure to book a time slot so we can ensure the keys are ready for you to pick up.
Note:
A key exchange can only be confirmed on the official contract start-date or after.
Early check-in is not possible.
