Vienna has strict regulations on 3-6+ month stays. Therefore, we have to work with a certain process in order to make sure your stay is trouble-free.

The booking process consists of:

  1. Submitting an application

  2. Getting approved by the landlord

  3. Signing your rental contract

You don't have the place booked and are not required to make any sort of payments, until you complete step three.

1. Submitting an application

Clicking on the apply now button starts a new application for a room or apartment.

In order to prove to the owner of the apartment that you are able to make monthly rent payments and keep the place in good condition, you are required to submit:

  • Personal details, like your name and current address

  • Proof of income or support from a guarantor

  • Your passport

After clicking submit, you are in no way bound to the listing. You're welcome, and even encouraged, to apply to other listings to give yourself the highest chance of landing a place to stay.

2. Getting approved by the landlord

The landlord will receive your application and review it. If the landlord accepts your application, you will get a contract to sign.

3. Signing your rental contract

Signing the contract is the last step to securing your booking.

Once you complete this step, the landlord will sign their part of the contract and the listing is yours.
