Earth Rovers School allows gamers to remotely explore different cities while driving Earth Rovers. This freedom, however, comes with the responsibility to engage in respectful and safe actions.
We understand that mistakes can happen, which is why we have a three-strike warning system in place. This means that if you receive three warnings for violating our guidelines, you will be permanently banned from our service. However, certain actions may result in an immediate ban, without the need for warnings. Below are the actions that you need to be aware of.
Violations that result in permanent ban
Direct impact causing harm to civilians: If the bot is being used to intentionally harm life and disrupt civilians, you will immediately be paused and be removed from the service
Driving off stairs/curbs on purpose: You must avoid maneuvering the bot off stairs or curbs intentionally. Such actions can lead to damage to the robot and pose a risk to public safety. Earth Rovers are designed for sidewalk use, and deviation from this can result in immediate suspension from the service.
Attempting to cause accidents: Deliberately driving the bot onto highways or roads is strictly prohibited. This behavior not only endangers the robot but also poses significant risks to motorists and can cause traffic disturbances.
Disturbing local civilians in their daily lives: The bot should not be used to intentionally disrupt or disturb civilians. Respect for the general public is paramount, and users found harassing or causing discomfort to others will be promptly removed from the service.
Crashing into obstacles/structures: Intentional crashing of bot into any obstacles or structures is not allowed. This can lead to damage to both the robot and property.
Crashing bots into public items on purpose: You must not deliberately crash bots into public items like bikes, chairs, or tables. This is considered vandalism and a disturbance to public order.
Violations that result in a warning
Chasing after pets: You should avoid using bots to chase or harass pets. While this may not cause immediate harm, it can distress animals and their owners.
Intentionally going into bodies of water: Deliberately driving the bot into bodies of water is prohibited. This not only damages the robot but also poses environmental concerns.
Follow/stalking civilians for a long time: It's essential to respect individual privacy. Using the bot to follow or stalk people for extended periods is inappropriate and will result in a warning.
Crashing into piles of sticks or plants: While less severe, crashing into natural elements like sticks or plants without necessity is discouraged. Users will be warned to prevent potential environmental disturbances.
Going off route/mission points: Users are expected to stick to designated routes or mission points. Deviating from these paths without a valid reason will lead to a warning, as it can disrupt the intended gameplay experience
What it means to be banned
Being banned means that you will no longer have access to our service, even if you have a game pass and TC balance. This is a serious consequence and we do not take it lightly. We want to ensure that our service remains a safe and enjoyable place for all of our users, and we will take necessary actions to enforce this.
If you believe you have received a warning or ban by mistake, you have the right to submit an appeal. Learn how to file an appeal here.
