If you only see a black screen, it means you're not properly connected to the bot and the feed isn't loading. Here’s what you can do to resolve the issue:
Wait 10-20 Seconds
The bot's feed may take a moment (10-20 seconds) to display on your screen. If it continues to show a black screen after this time, proceed with the following steps:
Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure your Wi-Fi is connected and working. A stable internet connection is crucial for your bot's proper functioning.
Reload the Page
You may not be properly connected to your bot. Try reloading the page twice by clicking the refresh button on your browser or pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.
Use Google Chrome
If you’re not already using the Google Chrome browser, please switch to it for the best experience. Other browsers may not be fully compatible.
Close and Open a New Tab
Close the current tab and open a new one. This can refresh the connection between your browser and the bot.
Restart Your Device
Restart your device to clear any temporary glitches or technical issues that might be affecting your bot's performance.
Clear Your Browser Cache
Clear your browser's cache to remove any stored data that may be causing issues with your bot.
Disable VPN or Firewall
VPNs or Firewalls can sometimes interfere. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
