Bot has 0% battery

Updated today

If your bot shows 0% battery, it usually means you’re not yet fully connected.

The video feed may take about 10–20 seconds to appear.

If the bot still shows 0% after that time, try the steps below:

1. Reload the Page

You may not be able to be properly connected to your bot. Try reloading the page by clicking the refresh button on your browser or pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.

2. Check Your Internet Connection

Please make sure your Wi-Fi is connected and working. A stable internet connection is crucial for your bot's proper functioning.

If possible, try connecting to a different network to see if the issue improves.

3. Try a Different Browser

If the issue persists, switch to a different browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, as other browsers may encounter compatibility issues.

4. Close and Open a New Tab

Close the current tab and open a new one. This can refresh the connection between your browser and the bot.

5. Clear Your Browser Cache

Clear your browser's cache to remove any stored data that may be causing issues with your bot.

6. Disable VPN or Firewall

If you’re using a VPN or have strict firewall settings, they might be interfering with the connection. Temporarily disable them and test again.

7. Restart Your Device

Restart your computer or laptop to refresh your network and clear temporary glitches.
