Bot has 0% battery

Updated over 5 months ago

If you got connected to a bot with 0% battery, you're not yet connected. The bot's feed may take 10-20 seconds to display on your end. However, if after this time frame, the bot still shows a 0% please follow these troubleshooting steps below:

Reload the Page

You may not be able to be properly connected to your bot. Try reloading the page twice by clicking the refresh button on your browser or pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.

Check Your Internet Connection

Please make sure your Wi-Fi is connected and working. A stable internet connection is crucial for your bot's proper functioning.

Try a Different Browser

If the issue persists, switch to a different browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, as some browsers may encounter compatibility issues.

Close and Open a New Tab

Close the current tab and open a new one. This can refresh the connection between your browser and the bot.

Restart Your Device

Restart your device to clear any temporary glitches or technical issues affecting your bot's performance.

Clear Your Browser Cache

Clear your browser's cache to remove any stored data that may be causing issues with your bot.

Remove VPN or Firewall

VPNs or Firewalls can sometimes interfere. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

If none of the above steps work, please get in touch with our support team for further assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and get the bot feed working properly.
