Your screen might turn black due to the bot suddenly losing connection or due to a technical glitch. Follow these troubleshooting steps that might help you resolve the issue.
Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure your Wi-Fi is connected and working. A stable internet connection is crucial for your bot's proper functioning.
Reload the Page
You may not be properly connected to your bot. Try reloading the page twice by clicking the refresh button on your browser or pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.
Use Google Chrome
If not yet, switch to Google Chrome browser for the best experience. Other browsers may not be compatible.
Close and Open a New Tab
Close the current tab and open a new one. This can refresh the connection between your browser and the bot.
Restart Your Device
Restart your device to clear any temporary glitches or technical issues that might be affecting your bot's performance.
Clear Your Browser Cache
Clear your browser's cache to remove any stored data that may be causing issues with your bot.
Remove VPN or Firewall
VPNs or Firewalls can sometimes interfere. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

Receiving a warning
Your screen will also turn black if you receive a warning from us due to not following our Terms of Use. Once you receive a warning, our Admin will take over your ride and you will see this notification on your screen.
To go back to your Dashboard, just click on "I understand, return home". If you believe that you have been warned by mistake, we encourage you to submit an appeal. Click the chat widget in the lower-right corner to connect with us.
