Your FunCation Academy billing cycle determines when you're charged and how your subscription renews. Here's what you need to know about managing your billing.

How Billing Cycles Work

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Billing date is the same date each month as your initial enrollment

  • Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the next billing date

Annual Subscriptions:

  • Billing date is the same date each year as your initial enrollment

  • Automatic renewal for another full year

  • Significant savings compared to monthly billing

Your Billing Date

Finding Your Billing Date:

  • Check your original enrollment confirmation email

  • Log in to your Subscription Portal on our website

  • Review your payment history in your account

  • Contact our billing team for specific dates


Payment Processing

Automatic Payments:

  • Begin processing 3 days before your billing date

  • Email notifications are sent for successful payments

  • Failed payment alerts if there are issues

Payment Methods:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Affirm (for large purchases)


Managing Your Billing

To avoid service interruption:

  • Keep payment information current

  • Update cards before expiration dates

  • Monitor email for payment notifications

  • Contact us immediately if payments fail

Making Changes:

  • 72 business hours' notice required for billing changes

  • For newer members, use the Subscription Portal to make any changes

  • Changes take effect on your next billing cycle


What Happens If Payment Fails

Automatic retry 2 attempts for failed payments

Account suspension after multiple failed attempts

Loss of lock-in pricing if the account is cancelled due to non-payment

Re-enrollment at current pricing if you return after cancellation
