Need to make changes to your FunCation Academy subscription? Here's what you need to know about cancellation options.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

Required Information:

  • Your account details

  • Reason for cancellation (helps us improve)

  • Preferred cancellation date


Important Cancellation Details

Timing Requirements:

  • 72 business hours' notice is required before your next billing date

  • Cancellation takes effect immediately

What You'll Lose:

  • Lock-in pricing - if you return, you'll pay current rates

  • Access to all FA Flexiverse features and curriculum

  • Virtual Campus participation

  • Biz Town and community benefits


Account Pausing

Account pausing is no longer available. If you need a temporary break, consider:

  • Timing your cancellation strategically
