FunCation Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy to ensure fair pricing for all families. Here's what you need to know about our refund policy.

Standard Refund Policy

No refunds are processed for any FunCation Academy programs or services, including:

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions

  • VLP classes

  • Elective programs

  • Biz Town memberships

  • Any add-on services

Exception: Company Errors Only

Refunds are ONLY processed when FunCation Academy makes an error, such as:

  • Failing to cancel your account despite receiving proper written notice within 72 hours of the renewal

  • Account setup errors on our part

  • Billing mistakes caused by our system or staff

  • Service delivery failures due to our technical issues


How to Request an Error-Based Refund

If you believe we made an error:

Include in your request:

  • Detailed explanation of the error

  • Documentation or evidence of the mistake

  • Timeline of events

  • Requested resolution


Avoiding Refund Situations

To prevent billing issues:

  • Cancel with 72 business hours' notice before your billing date

  • Keep payment information current to avoid failed payment fees

  • Contact us immediately if you have concerns

  • Understand your billing cycle and lock-in pricing
