In the FBB app, we are looking to add a widget to the dashboard. For now, you can access this by navigating to Metrics (the graph button at the bottom of your dashboard) and selecting PRs. In the far lower-left corner, there is a search button that you can use to access the video library. Type in recovery, and all of the mobility flows will pop up, or search for any of your favorite stretches you see within our cooldowns.

Keep in mind that you will need to sign in to your FBB account to view the mobility library. To do so, click the LOG IN link on the page and type in your FBB account username and password. Once you have successfully logged in to FBB, hit the back button to navigate back to the Mobility Library webpage. Hit refresh. The library should display for you.
