As you are navigating through your Persist program (currently only offered in Pump - Lift, Pump - Condition, Perform, and Pillars) you may notice a prompt to send in a Form Review Video for our Persist Coaching Staff to review.
This article will explain how you can get the most out of this service.
What movements can I request a Form Review on?
Right now we are only offering Form Reviews on one of the primary movements in each training cycle for Pump - Lift, Pump - Condition, Perform, and Pillars.
The movements will have a prompt in the workout description asking you to view this article and submit a video for review. The Persist Coaching Staff will NOT review videos for movements outside of our prompted Primary Movements. If you have an interest in that level of coaching, please check out our Individualized Coaching offerings.
How quickly should I expect a response from a coach?
We will have a coach reply to your video with a formal review as soon as possible. However, our formal turnaround time is 48-72 hours.
How can I submit a Form Review Video to the Persist Coaching Staff?
Easy peasy!! When you see a form review in your workout for the day please follow the guidelines and submit your video via messenger in the ATOM platform.
Video Submission Guidelines
limit your submissions to 1 set (1 video) per day - we will only review one if you submit multiple
keep your videos to less than 60 seconds - trim them down to less than 60 seconds in your device to cut out the part where you walk away from the camera and chalk up 😉
send in 3-5 repetitions of your final working set
video from the requested angle in the "Form Review" demo video - every movement is unique
