How to view/search our client facing Video Library in ATOM

Video Library

ATOM has a unique feature that will allow you to view all of our Persist/Functional Bodybuilding demo video!

This will include:

  • all movement demos (quick view of a specific movement - 2-3 reps of Marcus completing the movement)

  • all movement explanation/breakdown videos (long-form video of Marcus explaining intention, execution, and regressions for a movement)

  • all form review videos (long-form video of Marcus explaining intention, execution, and regressions for a movement and also a prompt on how to film and send in a Form review to the Persist Coaching Team.

How to use the library

From your dashboard, click on "Video Library" in the left toolbar and you will be brought to your Video Library.

From there you can scroll and/or search for a specific movement that you would like to learn more about.
