Feeling like you need a reset? We have a Bridgeweek every 12 weeks which is a time to redirect focus away from progression. The goal is to reset and have fun with the training, its also a great time to have friends and family join you for a workout.
That being said you can deload whenever you feel you need to, part of FBB is listening to your body and doing what feels right for you on that day. You can complete your current workouts and lower the RPE/move through the workouts in a way that feels good for you. If you are following Pump Lift/Condition or Perform we suggest hoping into Minimalist or Pillars. If you are following Minimalist give the Bodyweight only workouts a go! (these can be found in the workshop area in ATOM)
