Payout Request Checklist (Read Before Withdrawing)

A quick 3-step audit to ensure your account is eligible for a successful payout.

Ready for a Payout?

Before submitting your withdrawal request, please run through this quick 3-step checklist. Ensuring your account meets these criteria will prevent delays or adjustments to your profit share.

Step 1: Check Your Payout Window

  • First Payout: Has it been 14 days since you placed your very first trade on the account?

  • Subsequent Payouts: Have you met the minimum time requirement since your last successful withdrawal?

  • Note: Payouts requested before the minimum window will be automatically deferred.

Step 2: Verify Your Drawdown Status

Before requesting a payout, you must ensure your account has not touched a drawdown limit. This calculation depends on your account tier:

  • Standard Traders (Static Floor): Is your current Account Equity above your fixed drawdown floor?

    • Example: For a $100,000 account, your equity must be above $92,000. This floor never moves.

  • Pro Traders (Trailing Floor): Is your current Account Equity above your current Trailing Floor?

    • Important: If you hit a new equity peak during this cycle, your floor has moved up. Always check your Trader Dashboard to see your live "Hard Breach" level before requesting a withdrawal.

Note: Any account that has touched its Daily or Max Total limit (even for a second) is considered a "Hard Breach" and is ineligible for a payout.

Step 3: Review Your Profit Consistency

  • Standard (25%) / Pro (20%): Does any single "Trading Event" (including positions opened within 2 minutes of each other) account for more than your tier's profit cap?

  • Example: If your total profit is $5,000 on a Standard account, did any single trade event net more than $1,250?

  • Note: If a trade exceeds this cap, the excess profit will be deducted from the payout total before processing.
