Communication and Response Timelines

All Professional Stage communications are handled via email through the Live Desk.

Traders must respond to migration and onboarding communications within seven (7) days. Extended non-response may result in loss of placement within the Professional Stage. After thirty (30) days without response, migration may be canceled.

These timelines apply to communications related to execution environment migration and onboarding requirements and do not limit Live Desk authority under the Activity & Inactivity Policy. Full expectations are outlined in the Activity & Inactivity Policy. here.
