2-Step Fast & 2-Step Squad Retry Rules

Retry-tier risk limits and targets for 2-Step Fast and 2-Step Squad accounts, with progression examples.

2️⃣ Overview

Fail Phase 1, Phase 2, or your funded account? Your account's one free retry credit carries you forward through the same path, Phase 1 → Phase 2 → Funded, whichever stage you first use it at. One ruleset serves both 2-Step Fast and 2-Step Squad.

🧮 Progression Examples

Straightforward path: a trader fails original Phase 1, claims their account's Phase 1 Retry, passes it, advances to Phase 2 Retry rules, passes that too, and reaches Funded Retry.

Entering mid-way: a trader passes their original Phase 1 normally, then fails their original Phase 2. Since their account hasn't used its retry credit yet, they claim a Phase 2 Retry directly (no Phase 1 Retry needed), pass it, and reach Funded Retry.

Edge case: if a trader reaches Phase 2 via a Phase 1 Retry and then fails that Phase 2 attempt, they do not get a second retry, since their account's one credit was already used at Phase 1. Full explanation: One Retry Per Account: The Progression Rule.
