Fyxer AI generates drafts automatically for emails that need a response — usually those marked “1: To Respond.” If you’re not seeing drafts appear, here’s how you can troubleshoot.
Step 1: Check your Draft Settings
Go to your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Navigate to Settings → Preferences
Make sure “Draft replies” is toggled ON
💡 Tip: Fyxer will only generate drafts for new emails once this setting is enabled.
Step 2: Check your Email Categorization
Drafts are only created for emails labeled “1: To Respond” by Fyxer. If that label isn’t being applied:
Head to Preferences → Email Categorization
Confirm that this is turned on
Manually Triggering a Draft
If you want Fyxer to write one manually:
Forward the email to
ai@fyxer.com
Include the word “draft” in the message body
(Optional) Add any instructions like tone or key points
Still Not Seeing Drafts?
Check your connected inbox under Settings → Integrations
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the account (wait a few minutes before reconnecting)
Make sure Conversation View is enabled in Gmail or Outlook - drafts group best with their thread
Confirm the email hasn’t been snoozed, archived, or moved by a rule (these won’t trigger drafts)
