Fyxer AI generates drafts when it detects an email that needs a response - typically labelled “To Respond.”
If drafts aren’t appearing:

Log into your Fyxer AI Dashboard.
Go to Settings > Preferences and make sure “Draft emails” is toggled ON.

Only emails with this label will be drafted. If Fyxer AI isn’t assigning labels, check your email categorization settings under Preferences.

Applying “To Respond” manually will no longer create a draft. Instead, forward the email to ai@fyxer.com to request a draft. Please type the word "draft" in the body of your forwarded message.
Troubleshooting:
Make sure your email is connected correctly under Settings > Integrations.
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the account (wait a couple of minutes before reconnecting).
