To get the most out of Fyxer AI, you’ll need to connect your email and calendar. This allows Fyxer AI to categorize emails, draft responses, schedule meetings, and take meeting notes.

Once you sign up and connect Fyxer AI to your email, the experience largely takes place in your existing email client (Gmail or Outlook). There’s no separate app you need to check constantly – instead, Fyxer AI works behind the scenes and within your inbox interface.

Step-by-Step: Connecting your email

  1. Sign up here! If you're already signed up, log in to your Fyxer AI Dashboard

  2. Click on the Settings tab > Integrations

  3. Choose your email provider to connect to:

    • Gmail (Google Workspace or Gmail.com)

    • Outlook (Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online)

  4. Click Connect and follow the prompts to authorize Fyxer AI

Note: Fyxer AI does not train models on your data, and you can revoke access anytime.

Step-by-Step: Connecting your calendar

  1. From the same Integrations tab, move down to Calendar

  2. Click Connect Calendar and follow the steps for your provider

  3. Allow calendar permissions so Fyxer AI can:

    • Check your availability

    • Suggest meeting times

    • Take meeting notes (if enabled)

Note: Fyxer AI uses your calendar only to suggest times and prepare notes. Nothing is ever booked without your consent.

Step-by-Step: Select your preferences

Once connected, head to Settings > Preferences to choose:

  • Which types of emails to keep in your inbox

  • How Fyxer AI handles drafts and meeting invites

  • Whether to enable the calendar link (Beta feature)

Users report that Fyxer AI is practical and user-friendly, helping them “tackle email overload and meeting chaos” without a steep learning curve .
