The benefits of using the iPad App
Visitors can check in with our familiar experience, now as part of a native iPad app.
For customers with a badge printer, the app will automatically print visitor badges - no receptionist needed
Once you are ready, you'll follow the steps below to get it set up
To support the app, we’ve introduced a printer management interface, allowing customers to add, edit, or remove a printer from an HQ
The interface is accessible via Admin Settings > Visitor Management > Connected HQs. A green dot next to the printer’s logo indicates that a printer has been configured
