Why you'd want to find your team and colleagues
We aim to simplify location management, reduce manual input, and provide visibility to enhance team coordination. Employees will be able to see other employees' weekly location schedule, so they can better collaborate with them.
What you'll see on your Gable dashboard
We have enabled employees to easily set and manage their weekly location schedules and update where they are working from (Home, HQ, Gable, Not Working) for each day. This feature will allow them to set a default schedule, make ad-hoc changes as needed, and auto-update based on actual bookings.
Setup
Employees can setup their default weekly location schedule. This step will be added as part of the onboarding experience in addition to the profile settings. If you were not prompted to enter this, you can get this added by going into your profile settings
Home page experience
Employees can see their location for the upcoming days, see their upcoming bookings, manually update location of a specific day and make quick bookings.
