If you need access to a workspace or meeting room in an area that isnât currently available on Gable, you can submit a Location Request. These requests help our team source new spaces in the areas your company needs.
There are two ways to request a new location on Gable:
Using the Location Request Form
Using the Search Page when no spaces exist in your desired area
đ Option 1: Submit the Location Request Form
You can access the form directly from your profile.
How to Access
Navigate to your Profile dropdown.
Select Help.
Click Location Request.
A pop-up form will appear prompting you to enter details about the workspace you need.
What Youâll Need to Provide
The form will ask for the following:
Your name and email (pre-filled)
Requested location & ZIP code
Space types needed
Day Passes
Meeting Rooms
Event Spaces
Frequency of use
One time
Once a month
Once a week
More than once a week
Number of colleagues who will also need the space
Ideal timeline for having the space available on Gable

What Happens Next
Once you submit the form:
Your request goes directly to Gableâs Partner Success team
We begin sourcing spaces in your requested area
As soon as a space becomes available, weâll reach out so you can begin booking
đ Option 2: Request Through Search
If you search for a city on Gable and no spaces appear, youâll see an option to Request a Workspace.
Clicking this button opens the same request form
Your location will already be pre-filled for convenience
Fill out the remaining fields and submit

Once submitted, weâll take it from here. Youâll be notified as soon as new spaces are ready for use in the requested area. Be sure to check out some of the best practices below as well:
