🔍 What is Incognito Mode?
Incognito Mode allows you to book spaces privately in Gable. When enabled, your booking activity is hidden from teammates — including where and when you’re booking.
This is useful if you want privacy around your plans or don’t want your bookings visible in team views.
⚙️ How to Enable or Disable Incognito Mode
Click your profile dropdown in the top-right corner of Gable
Select Profile
In the left-hand navigation, click Settings
At the top of the page, toggle Incognito Mode:
✅ On → Book privately
❌ Off → Booking activity is visible to teammates
👀 What Changes When Incognito Mode Is On?
When Incognito Mode is enabled:
Teammates cannot see your booking activity
Your bookings are hidden from shared or team views
You will not appear in teammate comparisons on the main Gable dashboard
When Incognito Mode is disabled:
Teammates can see your booking activity
You’ll appear normally in team planning and comparison views
📊 Team Weekly Plans View
On the main Gable landing page, you can compare weekly plans with teammates.
If Incognito Mode is ON, you won’t appear in this comparison
If Incognito Mode is OFF, teammates will see you as usual
❗ Good to Know
Incognito Mode only affects visibility, not your ability to book
You can toggle this setting on or off at any time
Changes take effect immediately
