Learn how to manage your company details, billing, and teammates directly from the Company Admin Settings page.

🧭 Navigating to the Company Page

To access your company information:

  1. Log in to Gable.

  2. Click your profile dropdown in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Company Admin → Settings.

  4. You’ll automatically land on the Company page, which includes three tabs:

    • Company Profile

    • Billing & Plans

    • Invite Teammates


🏷️ Company Profile

Manage your organization’s core information here:

  • Company Name: Edit or update your display name.

  • Email Domains: Add or remove company email domains to ensure teammates are linked properly.

  • Company Logo: Upload or change your logo for consistent branding across Gable.

💡 Tip: Don’t forget to click Save at the bottom whenever you make changes!


💳 Billing & Plans

This section helps you manage your subscription and payment details.

  • View your current service plan and billing information.

  • Request invoices or update payment methods at any time.

  • If you have questions about your plan or billing, contact:

    • 💬 Live chat in the bottom-right corner of your Gable dashboard

    • 🤝 Or reach out directly to your Account Manager


👥 Invite Teammates

Easily add new teammates to your Gable account.

  • If your company uses SSO or HRIS, teammates may be added automatically.

  • To manually invite individuals:

    • Enter their email addresses (you can add several at once).

    • Or copy and share the invite link directly.

  • Click Invite at the bottom of the screen to send invitations.

  • The employee will receive an email like the below:
