📌 What is an HRIS Integration?

An HRIS (Human Resources Information System) integration connects your company’s HR platform to Gable.

Once connected, your directory of employees will sync automatically—saving you time on onboarding and keeping user access up-to-date.

With an HRIS integration, you can:

  • Automatically create user profiles in Gable for new employees

  • Remove access for employees who leave the company

  • Keep user details (name, email, department) in sync without manual updates

📍 Where to Find It in Gable

  1. Log in to Gable as a Company Admin.

  2. From the top-right profile menu, select Company Admin > Settings.

  3. In the left navigation menu, choose Integrations.

  4. Find HRIS Provider from the integration options.

💡 You’ll see a list of supported providers here (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Rippling).

💡 Why Use an HRIS Integration with Gable?

Connecting your HRIS helps you:

  • Save Time: No need to manually add or remove employees in Gable.

  • Reduce Errors: Syncing ensures the right employees have access.

  • Enhance Security: Departed employees lose access automatically.

  • Simplify Booker Access: Bookers can schedule on behalf of users who aren’t in Gable yet, as long as they exist in your HRIS.

  • Set Targeted Budgets: Assign workspace budgets by cost center, department, or user location—all powered by accurate HRIS data.

  • Custom Invoicing: Custom invoices can be curated based on department, cost center, and location through HRIS attributes.
