Our Event Concierge is a dedicated team that can help you find spaces for your events based on the details you provide. Once an inquiry has been submitted, we will respond within 24 business hours.

Inquiring about a specific event space
To use Gable's Event Concierge follow these steps:
From the "Explore spaces" page, fill out the city and date details, select "Event" under "Type of space," and change the number of "Seats" required for the event
On the search results screen, select a space that will fit your group and you will see the usual details included in a space:
You'll notice an "Inquire" button instead of a button that says "Review booking."
Once you select the "Inquire" button, you can fill in the details of your event including the dates, hours, number of seats needed, budget, and IT needs:
When you select "+ Add additional details," you will be given the option to include additional notes on configuration/layout of the space, catering/food & beverage, or any additional notes you'd like to share:
Once this form is submitted, our Event Concierge team will receive it and reply via email with additional questions and options that fit your requirements!
Sourcing Space Recommendations
If you are unable to identify a space that suits your needs, you may submit a general space inquiry. Our Event Concierge will receive the request and provide options and recommendations accordingly. The steps for this are outlined below:
From your homepage, select "Create an event." Enter your search terms:
Select "Find more spaces:"
And complete the form, as outlined in the previous section.
