🧠 What Is Event Concierge?

Event Concierge is a premium feature included in your company’s Events Package. It gives you access to Gable’s expert team to help plan, source, and coordinate bookings for all types of team events.

Whether you're hosting a:

  • 👥 Team meeting

  • 🧑‍🏫 Workshop

  • 🍽️ Team lunch or offsite

  • 📊 Multi-room session

—we’re here to help find the right space, confirm availability, and finalize your booking.


👥 Who Can Use It?

Anyone at your company can submit an Event Request—as long as your company has purchased Gable’s Events Package and you’ve been granted the Event Organizer permission.

Whether you're planning a quick brainstorm session or coordinating a full-day offsite, Gable’s Event Concierge is here to support you from start to finish.


🕹️ What Does the Concierge Help With?

  • Recommending spaces that match your needs

  • Checking availability for specific venues

  • Answering questions about layout, amenities, and tech

  • Coordinating directly with hosts

  • Supporting your booking through completion


🧭 How to Submit an Event Request

There are two ways to submit an event request using Gable’s Event Concierge:

1️⃣ Submit via the Event Request Form

Use this option when:

  • You don’t have a specific space in mind

  • You want Gable to recommend the best options for your needs

Steps:

  1. Go to your Gable profile

  2. Click the dropdown on the Help section

  3. Select Event Request

  4. Fill out the request form with:

    • 📅 Event date and time

    • 📍 Desired city or neighborhood

    • 🪑 Group size

    • 🛠️ Tech, layout, or catering needs

    • 💬 Any notes or preferences

  5. Click Submit!

2️⃣ Submit a Request from a Specific Space

Use this option when:

  • You’ve already found a space on Gable that fits your needs

  • You want to confirm its availability or get booking support

Steps:

  1. Search for a space using the Explore Spaces tab

  2. Filter by Event-friendly listings if needed

  3. On the space profile, click Inquire

  4. Fill out your event details

  5. Our team will confirm availability and suggest similar options, if needed

📌 Either option will send your request to our Event Concierge team. We’ll follow up within 24 business hours to confirm receipt and discuss next steps.


⏱️ What Happens Next?

Once you submit your request, here’s what to expect:

  1. Within 24 business hours:
    Our team will reach out to confirm we’ve received your request and clarify any missing details.

  2. Within 72 business hours:
    If the event is in a market with sufficient Gable coverage, we’ll share curated space recommendations that match your needs.

  3. Within 3–5 business days:
    If your event is in a market with limited or no Gable coverage, recommendations may take a bit longer as our team explores new options and contacts potential partners.

Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated and support you every step of the way—from finding the right space to finalizing the booking.
