Inviting guests (external users) to a booking

This guide will help when you'd like to invite someone who is outside of your company to your Gable booking

There are a few different ways you can invite guests (someone outside of your company) to a Gable booking

Once you complete your booking and you are taken to the "Your booking is confirmed" page, you can select "Add Teammates and Guests"

  • Type in their email address and hit your "enter" or "return" key

  • The guest will then receive an email with the details of the booking. If they want to accept the invite, they will be prompted to sign up to an individual Gable account.

Adding a Guest to a previously booked workspace

  • You can add a Guest to a booking, after you have booked by navigating to "My Bookings"

  • Search for the relevant booking, and then select "Share booking with teammates"

  • Search for the relevant booking, and then click on the booking to open up the details then select "invite"

Inviting a Guest to a Calendar Booking

The simplest way to invite a guest to a booking, is to add the booking to your calendar, and then invite them.

You can then email our Support team at support@gable.to to let us know your guest list and we'll send this email to the host and copy you in it. Or, you can message the host directly by using the "send a message" under the host's name within the Gable link. If it helps here is the help guide for contacting a host.
