This option refers to hot desks or coworking lounges where users can book a desk/seat for the day. These areas are typically shared and flexible, perfect for solo work or drop-in usage.


πŸ§‘β€πŸ’Ό Meeting Rooms

Available by the hour or full-day, these are private rooms used for:

  • Team meetings

  • Client presentations

  • Brainstorming sessions

They often include amenities such as TVs, whiteboards, and video conferencing setups.


πŸšͺ Private Offices

Booked by the day, a private office includes:

  • A dedicated room with a door

  • Workstations and chairs for each individual

  • A quiet, enclosed space for individual focus or 1-on-1 meetings

Perfect for users needing privacy or heads-down time.


πŸŽ‰ Event Spaces

Listed on a Price by Request basis, these spaces can include:

  • Rooftops

  • Large conference rooms

  • Team suites

  • Full Buyouts

  • Other non-standard layouts for larger gatherings

πŸ“Œ These listings are coordinated directly with Gable for custom pricing and availability.


🚫 Unsupported Space Types

Gable currently does not support long-term leases or any space requiring a multi-month or annual commitment.
All spaces listed on Gable must be available for flexible, non-contractual reservation through the platform.
