Book an On-Demand Space

Find and reserve coworking spaces, meeting rooms, private offices, and more — anytime you need them. Booking an on-demand space on Gable takes just a few steps. Use this guide to search, filter, and confirm the perfect workspace for your needs.

🚀 Step 1: Open the On-Demand Search

When you're logged into your Gable profile, look to the top-left corner of the screen.
Click On-Demand to begin your search.


📝 Step 2: Enter Your Search Details

At the top of the page, fill in the core information for the space you need:

  • Location

  • Date

  • Space Type (Common Space, Meeting Room, Private Office, Event Space, or multiple types)

  • Number of Seats

Once ready, click the Search icon.


🎯 Step 3: Refine Your Results

After searching, you’ll see all matching spaces in the selected area.

Use the filter button to narrow your options further:

  • Available Spaces Only

  • Instant Book

  • Amenities

  • Price Range

  • And more!

Click Apply to update your results.


🏙️ Step 4: Explore Space Details

Click into any space to view:

  • Photos

  • Description

  • Working hours

  • Space rules

  • Amenities

  • And more!

On the right side, you’ll see the Book This Space box, which includes the settings you originally selected.

You can update:

  • Date (or toggle to select Multiple Dates)

  • Number of Seats


🧾 Step 5: Review & Submit Your Booking

Select Review Booking to proceed.

Here you can:

  • Add a booking title

  • Adjust dates or seat count

  • Complete any required details, such as:

    • Selecting a booking approver

    • Indicating why you are booking the space

Once everything looks good, click Book.

Be sure to review the cancellation window before booking, as cancellations cannot be made once it has passed.

Your booking will show as Sent and Pending Confirmation — depending on your company’s approval flow or the host’s requirements.

🎉 That’s it! You’ve successfully booked an on-demand space on Gable.
