Inviting Guests

Learn how to send individual or group guest invitations through Gable’s Visitor Management system.

👤 Sending a Single Invite

To invite a guest:

  1. Click the profile dropdown in the top right corner of Gable.

  2. Select “Your Visits” from the dropdown.

  3. Click “New Invite”.

  4. Complete the invitation form:

    • Visit Location (if applicable)

    • Visit Type

    • Visit Time

    • Notes (optional)

    • Visitor Details (Name and Email)

✅ Once submitted, the invite will be tracked in your Visitor Management reporting on this same page. Be sure to adjust the time frame in the right corner to show the invites you have just sent.

👥 Sending a Group Invite

Users can also invite multiple guests at once by uploading a CSV file.

To do this:

  1. Click the profile dropdown in the top right corner of Gable.

  2. Select “Your Visits” from the dropdown.

  3. Click “New Invite”.

  4. On the invite screen, tab over to “Group Invite”

  5. Fill out all the relevant infomation including:

    1. Visit Type

    2. Under “Group Name”, create a group name for your upload

    3. Visit Time

    4. Notes (optional)

    5. Visitor's Details

  6. Either, Click “Upload New File” and attach your completed CSV

    1. A template CSV is available on the form

  7. Or, enter in each visitor information manually, clicking "Add visitor" as you go

  8. Click “Send Invites”

📌 CSV uploads will track each invite individually under your group name.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can I invite someone on behalf of a colleague?
🚫 Not at this time. Invites must be created by the person hosting the guest.

Can I change the host after sending the invite?
🚫 No, the host cannot be edited once the invite has been created.

Can I cancel an invite?

✅ Yes, you can cancel an invite by finding it within the My Visits page, selecting the checkbox next to the specific invite, and clicking cancel in the bottom right corner. From there give a reasoning and confirm the cancellation.
