Managing Booking Requests

Easily review and approve or reject bookings that require admin approval.

πŸ“ Where to Find Booking Approvals

  1. Go to your profile drop-down.

  2. Select Company Admin β†’ Company Bookings.


πŸ”Ž Filtering Pending Approvals

  1. Choose the timeframe to locate the booking(s) you need to review.

  2. In the Status filter, change from All to Pending.

  3. All bookings waiting for admin approval or host approval will appear.

  4. Review booking details such as:

    • Date

    • Price

    • Space


βœ… Approving or Rejecting

  • Approve:

    • Check the box next to the booking.

    • Click Approve.

  • Reject:

    • Click Reject.

    • Optionally, add a rejection reason before submitting.


πŸ“Š After Approval

  • Approved bookings will no longer appear under Pending.

  • The booking will now show its updated status.

  • The booking will also flow to the next steps of the booking process. Which is either requesting host approval or automatically being confirmed.

Get notified in Slack when a booking needs approval. Review the details and approve or decline directly from Slackβ€”no need to leave the conversation.

πŸ“± Approve a Booking on Gable Mobile App

Open the Gable mobile app and tap Approvals in the bottom navigation bar. You’ll see a list of bookings pending approval (up to 6 months ahead). Select Approve to approve the booking, or tap the X to reject it.

If you reject a booking, you’ll be prompted to select a rejection reason before confirming.

Approved or Rejected bookings can be undone for 5 seconds, if needed.
