Open the Gaia web app and enter the email address associated with your account. Depending on your district's setup, you will either enter a password or be redirected to your district's single sign-on provider.

If your district uses a Gaia password, click the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email. If your district uses single sign-on, reset your password through your organization's standard process.

Open the user menu in the top right and select Sign Out. On a shared device, sign out before handing it off to another user.

The POS app uses a separate sign-in, whether you open it on a terminal or in a browser tab. Some districts also require a PIN to start each session in addition to the app login. See Opening and Closing a POS Session for details.
