The Central Facilities orders view is the order-level view of fulfillment: a weekly grid of every school the facility serves, with each school's order for each day and its current status in one place. It's the companion to the item view, which pivots the same orders around the product — see Managing Central Facilities Orders from the Item View. For a single order's full lifecycle, which works the same for every vendor, see Managing Orders on the Order Page.
Choosing the facility and week
Facility — choose which central facility you're looking at (for example, a Central Kitchen or a Warehouse).
Week — use the week navigation to move between weeks. The grid shows a full week at a time.
Reading the week grid
Schools run down the left; the days of the week run across the top. Each cell is that school's order for that day:
A cell shows the order's current status (for example, pending or ready).
An orange dot on a cell means the order has changed since you last viewed it — open it to catch up, and the dot clears once you've seen it.
No order means that school has nothing for that day.
Expand a school to see its orders in more detail.
Opening an order's details
Click a day's cell to open that order in the panel on the right. The panel shows:
Status, Received, and Last updated for the order.
Recipes and Activity feed tabs.
The Products on the order, each with its Ordered, Sent, and Received amounts.
edit order and print order links to open the full order or print it.
Actions
The Actions menu (top right) has:
Expand All — expand every school at once (click again to collapse them all).
Export All — bulk-print the week's orders, grouped by day, as a single export. It's briefly disabled while Gaia prepares the printable orders.
Switching to the item view
Use Item view (top right) to switch from managing by school and day to managing by product across all schools — adding products, bulk-editing amounts, and swapping. See Managing Central Facilities Orders from the Item View.
