How is sort by relevance determined?

We sort reviews by looking at how detailed and clear they are, and by considering who wrote them, like their job and company type. These factors are combined to decide which reviews appear first.

Scoring Reviews

Review Quality

First, each review is given a "quality score." This score is determined by looking at how much useful content the review has and how clearly it is written. We also check if the review is balanced and not too opinionated. Reviews with more words and clear arguments get higher scores.

Reviewer Relevance

Next, we consider who wrote the review. We look at details like the reviewer's job role, the size of their company, the industry they work in, and their location. These factors help us understand how relevant the review might be to others looking at similar products.

Combining Scores

We combine the quality score and the relevance factors to decide the final order of the reviews. This means that a review with a high-quality score and written by someone in a relevant job or industry will appear higher in the list.

Sorting Process

When you look at reviews, the tool automatically calculates these scores and sorts the reviews so that the most helpful and relevant ones appear at the top.

Overall, the goal is to show you reviews that are both well-written and come from people whose opinions are likely to be most useful to you.
