Methodology

For Gartner-defined capabilities, Top Rated Products presents the providers with the highest Gartner Peer Insights rating for the specific capability over the last 12 months. Ratings are taken on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is “Completely Dissatisfied” and 5 is “Completely Satisfied.” The average ratings within the review may represent multiple versions of a product offering, including reviews for beta products.

User Segmentation is based on Gartner Peer Insights and presents which firmographics and demographics were most likely to reference a feature as a “like” versus which were most likely to represent a feature as a “dislike.” “Like” and “dislike” are based on the average score of the feature in Gartner Peer Insights.
