Translate Your Reprint to Reach a Global Audience

Did you know you can translate your Reprints into any language?

Written by Fred

If your organization targets non-English-speaking audiences, you may want to explore adding a translation to your Reprint for a truly global activation.

Gartner will provide a perfect, thoroughly-vetted translation of your Reprint into almost any language on the planet.

This powerful add-on can multiply the impact of your Reprint and open up opportunities for activations by marketing teams around the world.

How Reprint Translations Work

After purchasing a translation add-on to your Reprints contract, you will have the opportunity to choose one piece of content to translate.

Once created, the translation can remain active as long as the English version of the Reprint remains active.

Note: If you're using Flex Reprints and swap out a note that has been translated, the translated version must come down when the English version does.

After choosing the details of your translation, the process takes 4-6 weeks to create the translation, review the text for accuracy, and create the final HTML Reprint.

During the process, your team will have the opportunity to review the translation and provide feedback.

Translation Tips

Clients who see high impact from translated Reprints all have one thing in common - they treat the translation of the document as its own distinct Reprint.

This means they stay close with the marketing team responsible for the region the translation targets and ensure they're using it actively.

The local team should run their own distinct Reprint campaign, with their own local language campaign assets - landing pages, social posts, emails, etc (our Promo Review team can provide feedback on assets in any language).

The more active and independently the translation is used, the higher its impact.
