Embed your slide deck directly into any Gatheround agenda with our Google Slides integration.

Simple and seamless, this update allows you to bring your own material to any session, review your speaker notes, and flip through slides — all without leaving Gatheround. (Or juggling multiple tabs and windows.)

To use the Embed Slides feature:

  1. Add an Embed Slides activity to your agenda

  2. Select the deck you want to add via Google Slides

  3. Hit Play on the deck in your dropdown agenda to start presenting

A few more tips to make the most of Embed Slides:

  • Tap the Sync icon in the top right corner to refresh your slides and automatically import any new speaker notes or edits

  • Speaker notes are only visible to hosts and organizers

  • No more, “Next slide!”: All hosts and organizers can control slides and present at their own pace
