What are the pricing tiers on Gatheround?

We have three tiers of pricing on Gatheround so you can have the flexibility you need, depending on how much you use Gatheround and how many people attend your events each month. You can see an overview of these options on our pricing page.

  1. Personal: Our Personal tier is designed to be a trial tier or for very small groups. You can host a small event of up to ten people for free to get a handle on Gatheround and understand all that the platform can do.

  2. Premium: Our Premium tier is pay-as-you-go. You will be charged $5 per participant per month, where “participant” is defined as a user who joins one or more events associated with your Gatheround group. If a participant joins two (or three, or four) separate events in the same billing month, you will only be charged once for that participant.

  3. Enterprise: The Enterprise tier is the most commonly used option for our people team partners, and is invoiced annually based either on your current employee count or a set number of seats. It generally includes SSO, dedicated support, and access to our Managers Monthly series for leadership. Get in touch if you’d like to discuss Enterprise pricing!

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, you can try our Premium plan for free for 14 days. You don’t need a credit card to begin your trial. You can learn more in our trial FAQ article.

How is a “participant” defined?

“Participant” is defined as a user who joins one or more events associated with your Gatheround group. If a participant joins two (or three, or four) separate events in the same billing month, you will only be charged once for that participant.

How will I know how much I’m charged?

You can find the charges for your current and past charges on the “Billing” tab of your group page. Click on your Profile icon in the upper right hand corner > Click on your group name > Click on the Billing tab on the left hand side of your Group page.

Will I be billed annually or monthly, and when does the billing cycle begin?

Gatheround Premium is billed month-to-month. Your billing cycle begins on the date of upgrade. You will be charged on a monthly basis at the end of the billing period for your usage that month. Gatheround Enterprise is billed annually. Get in touch with us to learn more.

Will the first ten participants in my Premium event be charged?

Yes, every participant in a Premium event—including the first ten—counts toward charges for your Premium Group. However, each unique participant is only charged once per month for their participation in your group’s events. Our Personal tier is meant to help you trial Gatheround, and Premium events include additional features, like event data downloads.

Do you complete security reviews or questionnaires?

We’re unable to complete security reviews or questionnaires for our monthly Premium tier. If you’re interested in Enterprise, please get in touch.
