What is pricing for Gatheround like?
Premium: Gatheround’s Premium plan is billed as a flat $60 monthly rate for up to 50 participants per event. This plan offers all Premium features and is not based on usage. If your event reaches the 50-participant limit, additional participants won’t be able to join.
How is a “participant” defined?
A “participant” is defined as a user who joins an event associated with your Gatheround group. If your event is at the limit of participants allowed by your subscription plan, additional participants will not be able to join the event unless you upgrade your subscription.
How will I know how much I’m charged?
You can find the charges for your current and past charges on the “Billing” tab of your group page. Click on your Profile icon in the upper right hand corner > Click on your group name > Click on the Billing tab on the left hand side of your Group page.
Will I be billed annually or monthly, and when does the billing cycle begin?
Gatheround Premium can only be billed month-to-month. Your billing cycle begins on the date of upgrade.
