The difference between Premium and Enterprise pricing on Gatheround.

What are the pricing tiers on Gatheround?

We have two tiers of pricing on Gatheround so you can have the flexibility you need, depending on how much you use Gatheround and how many people attend your events each month. You can see an overview of these options on our pricing page.

  1. Premium: Our Premium tier can be billed monthly or annually, and is split into 4 tiers based on the number of participants that you need in your events. These are flat prices not based on usage. If your event is at the limit of participants allowed by your subscription plan, additional participants will not be able to join the event unless you upgrade your subscription.   2. Enterprise: The Enterprise tier is the most commonly used option for our people team partners, and is invoiced annually based either on your current employee count or a set number of seats. It generally includes SSO, dedicated support, and access to our Managers Monthly series for leadership. Get in touch if you’d like to discuss Enterprise pricing!

How is a “participant” defined?

A “participant” is defined as a user who joins an event associated with your Gatheround group. If your event is at the limit of participants allowed by your subscription plan, additional participants will not be able to join the event unless you upgrade your subscription.

How will I know how much I’m charged?

You can find the charges for your current and past charges on the “Billing” tab of your group page. Click on your Profile icon in the upper right hand corner > Click on your group name > Click on the Billing tab on the left hand side of your Group page.

Will I be billed annually or monthly, and when does the billing cycle begin?

Which ever you prefer! Gatheround Premium can be billed month-to-month or you have the option of paying up front for a full year of access. Your billing cycle begins on the date of upgrade. Gatheround Enterprise is only billed annually. Get in touch with us to learn more.

Do you complete security reviews or questionnaires?

We’re unable to complete security reviews or questionnaires for our Premium tier. If you’re interested in Enterprise, please get in touch.
