Let’s update your Windows operating system permissions so Google Chrome can access your camera and microphone.

Select Start > Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera (or Microphone for mic settings), then make sure Camera/Microphone access is turned on.

Important: Make sure “Let apps access your camera” is turned on.

Once you've allowed your apps to access the camera, you can change the setting for each app. Turn on camera access for Google Chrome.

Go back to your Gatheround event and refresh the page to ensure your settings are updated.
