How does the presentation activity work?

Once you hit the play button, the browser will display a pop-up asking which screen or window to share. Choose a tab, window, or your entire screen to share during the activity. As the presenter, picture-in-picture will automatically be enabled. The picture-in-picture window will appear on top of the screen you're sharing. It shows you who's on camera, how they're reacting, and time remaining. (Only the presenter who pressed play will be able to see the picture-in-picture window)

How do I add a presentation activity?

Click "Add Activity" in the activities tab when editing your event. Select "Presentation." Give your presentation activity a name and set the duration. Once you’re done, hit "Add" and you’ll be all set!

When should I use Presentation?

Use our Presentation activity for sharing any visual aids (like a slideshow or Google document) that’ll help you get your point across!

What’s the best way to view a Presentation?

Presentations look best in full screen! Participants' layout will default to Presentation mode when a Presentation activity is played or a screenshare is started.
