Bank Account Verification
1.Click on the Profile icon in the top left corner of your screen and select Verification.
Alternatively, visit the GemBet bank account verification page directly: GemBet Bank Account Verification Page.
2.Click on Add Bank Account.
3.Select your bank from the drop menu.
4.Fill in the form with your bank information.
5.Proceed to upload your statement and submit the form.

Uploading a Bank Statement

You can find your bank statement in the iBanking app.
The statement you upload must meet the following requirements:
The Bank Name and Logo must be clearly visible on the bank statement.
The Statement Date must be no older than six months.
The Bank Account Number and Logo must match the one entered in this request.
The statement must be fully visible, with all four corners shown.
The Account Holder's Name on the statement must match the first and last name provided in this request.
Accepted File Formats
We accept files in JPG, PNG, and PDF formats.
PDF format is preferable.
The file size limit is 5 MB.
Verification Timeframes
Verification requests take 15-30 minutes to be completed.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If your verification is rejected, it may be due to incomplete or incorrect documentation. Common issues include:
Missing or unclear details on the bank statement.
Failure to upload a valid identification document.
Expired or altered documents. To resolve these issues:
Double-check that your bank statement includes all required details.
Ensure your identification document meets the criteria listed above.
Re-upload the corrected documents through the verification page.
Post-Verification Benefits
Once your bank account is verified:
Your withdrawal limit will be increased, allowing you to request higher withdrawal amounts.
You can use the verified bank account for both deposits and withdrawals.
