Verification form
1.Click on the Profile icon in the top left corner of your screen and select Verification.
2.Click on Add Bank Account.
3.Select your bank from the drop menu.
4.Fill in the form with your bank information.
5.Proceed to upload your statement and submit the form.
Make sure that the information you enter exactly matches your bank statement.
Any typos, spelling mistakes, or duplicate characters will result in a denied request.
Uploading a bank statementBelow the form, a statement can be uploaded through this box.
You can find your bank statement in the iBanking app.
The statement you upload must meet the following requirements:
The Bank Name and Logo must be clearly visible on the bank statement
The Statement Date must be no older than six months.
The Bank Account Number and Logo must match the one entered in this request.
The statement must be fully visible, with all four corners shown.
The Account Holder's Name on the statement must match the first and last name provided in this request.
We accept files in JPG, PNG, and PDF formats.
PDF format is preferable.
The file size limit is 5 MB.
Verification requests take 15-30 minutes to be completed.

Bank account verification is a requirement for withdrawals.
This includes Bank Account, Voucher and Crypto withdrawals.
