Creating a Voucher
1. Make sure that you have withdrawable balance and that your account is verified.
2. Open the Withdrawal page, and select Voucher.
3. Enter the desired amount. (min. SGD 30 - max. SGD 10.000).
4.Press Withdraw.
Your voucher will be created up to an hour from the moment you requested it.
Once done, the voucher code will appear in your Voucher section, under Profile.
Vouchers can be shared with friends.
Claiming a Voucher
1. Find your voucher code in your Voucher section.
2. Click on Deposit and select Voucher.
3. Enter the voucher code, and press Confirm & Deposit.
4. Your funds will be instantly credited.
Vouchers have a 1x Turnover, just like regular deposits.
Vouchers do not have an expiry.
Each voucher code can only be claimed once.
Avoid selling or buying voucher codes from other players. GemBet does not take responsibility in case you are sold a faulty voucher.
