How to Create and Use Vouchers (MYR)

Updated over a month ago

What is a Voucher withdrawal, and how does it differ from a Bank Withdrawal?

  • A Voucher withdrawal lets you turn part of your withdrawable balance into a Voucher code. It counts as a withdrawal, but instead of sending the money to your bank, you get a code that can be redeemed on GemBet – either by you or a friend

How does the process of creating a Voucher work?

  • Click “Withdraw”

  • Choose “Voucher” as your withdrawal method

  • Enter the amount you want to convert (minimum MYR 30)

  • Your request will be processed—this can take up to 30 minutes

  • Once it’s ready, your voucher code will appear in the Voucher section

  • You can either share the code with a friend or redeem it yourself

  • If anyone claims the voucher—whether it’s you or your friend—the 1x Turnover rule applies

How does the process of claiming a Voucher work?

  • Share the voucher code with a friend who already has a GemBet account

  • They go to Deposit → Voucher, paste the code, and hit “Confirm and Deposit”

  • The voucher amount will be added to their withdrawable balance

  • All claimed vouchers come with a 1x Turnover requirement

What can a player do after creating a voucher?

After creating a voucher, you can:

  • Send the code to a friend, or

  • Redeem it yourself by entering the code in the Enter Voucher Code field

Once redeemed, the funds go straight back into your withdrawable balance.

Vouchers can only be used on GemBet – they can’t be turned back into cash outside the platform.

Are there any cooldown restrictions when creating vouchers?

  • Yes – you can only create one voucher every 5 minutes

  • If you try to create another one too soon, you’ll get an error message

Can I redeem only a partial amount of the voucher?

  • No – you have to redeem the full amount. Partial redemption isn’t supported

What is the minimum amount for creating a voucher?

  • The minimum amount is MYR 30

What is the maximum amount for creating a voucher?

  • The maximum amount is MYR 10,000.00

  • If you attempt to create a voucher exceeding this limit, an error will be displayed.

Important Information

  • You can generate one voucher every 5 minutes

  • If you haven’t met the 1x Turnover on your last deposit, you won’t be able to create a voucher
