What is a Cashout?
A Cashout in sports betting is a feature that lets you settle your bet before the match ends.
If the result is currently in your favour, it will usually offer you an amount higher than your stake, and lower than your full potential payout.
If you try to Cashout right after you place the bet, it will usually offer you an amount lower than your stake.
It is available for markets that display this button:
The option may not be available for the entire duration of the match.
Once you fully Cashout a bet, the bet is settled right away, and this can't be reversed.
How do I fully Cashout my bet?
To Cashout your bet, click on the Profile icon in the top right corner of your screen and select My Bets.
Tap on your bet to open it:
Tap Cashout:
Select Full Cashout and tap Cashout again.
Tap Confirm to finalise.
Your credits will instantly be added to your account balance.
How do I partially Cashout my bet?
The Partial Cashout option lets you take out a portion of your stake from your bet, while still leaving a portion as your stake.
This option does not settle your bet right away; instead, it keeps it alive, calculating a new potential win for you.
This new potential win will be based on the current odds for your market, possibly drastically changing them.
To Cashout your bet, click on the Profile icon in the top right corner of your screen and select My Bets.
Tap on your bet to open it:
Tap Cashout:
Select Partial Cashout, enter the amount that you want to Cashout, and press Cashout again.
Tap Confirm to finalise.
The amount you entered will be instantly added to your account balance, and you can see your Cashout History here:
How can I change Cashout settings?
You can select what will happen when odds change during Cashout.
Tap the Cashout button on one of your bets.
Select one of the three options in the Cashout when odds change menu:
Always ask: the system will always ask for your confirmation if the Cashout odds changed.
Accept higher odds: the system will ask for your confirmation only if the odds have decreased.
Accept any odds: the system will never ask for your confirmation if the odds have changed.
