RitzPay is a deposit method available exclusively to players in Thailand. It supports two deposit channels: PromptPay QR and TrueMoney.
How can I deposit via RitzPay on GemBet?

Select PromptPay QR as the deposit channel.
Enter the amount you want to deposit (min. THB 300).
Press "Confirm & Deposit".
You will be directed to a secure page where a QR code will appear.
Open your iBanking app and scan the QR code to complete the payment.
Once the transaction goes through, you will receive a successful transaction notification and the cashier will close automatically.
Deposit via TrueMoney
Press "Deposit" and select "RitzPay" as your deposit method.
Select TrueMoney as the deposit channel.
Enter the amount you want to deposit (min. THB 300).
Press "Confirm & Deposit".
A QR code will appear on the next screen.
Open your TrueMoney app and scan the QR code to complete the payment.
Once the transaction goes through, you will receive a successful transaction notification and the cashier will close automatically.

TrueMoney - THB 300 - THB 10,000
What is the processing time for a RitzPay deposit?
RitzPay deposits are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes.
Are there any scheduled maintenance windows for RitzPay?
Yes - RitzPay undergoes daily maintenance between 22:50 and 01:30 ICT. During this window, RitzPay deposits will not be available.
My RitzPay deposit has not been credited. What should I do?
If your deposit has not been credited after 10 minutes, please contact our support team. Have the following ready to help us assist you faster:
A screenshot of your bank slip or payment confirmation
The transaction amount
The date and time of the transaction

Log out of GemBet and close all GemBet tabs.
Open a new Incognito/Private window and log back in.
Start a new deposit.
Make sure you are on a stable internet connection before retrying.
