Purchase Order Statuses
When managing orders and inventory, it's important to know where your purchase orders stand in the process. Here’s a breakdown of the different purchase order statuses:
Draft
Sent to Supplier
In Production
Partially Received
Fully Received
Cancelled

When you visit your dashboard and check the inventory table, you’ll likely see POs that are in transit with an estimated arrival time.
This is where you would see any insights generated from your “open” POs. If you aren’t seeing insights that you believe should be there, it is likely the order isn’t set to the correct status.
To verify order information/status, you can either click on the product and navigate to the PO tab of the Product Profile, or head to the Purchase Orders tab. There, you’ll find all of your POs along with their statuses.
How to Update PO Status From The Product Profile Tab
Go to the product profile tab: Click on the name of the product you’d like to open the Product Profile for.
Open the PO tab: Click on the PO tab to view the associated purchase orders.
Select the specific PO: Locate and select the specific PO you wish to update.
Edit the PO: Click the Edit button at the top of the PO table and update the details as needed, making sure all information is correct.
Update the PO status: Change the PO status to the desired state.
Save the changes: Once all changes are made, click Save to update the PO status.
Update PO Status Directly from the Purchase Order Page
Go to the Purchase Orders Tab: This is where all your POs are listed with their current statuses.
Select the PO: Click on the PO you want to update to see its details.
Update the Status: Choose the appropriate status from the list (e.g., "Sent to Supplier," "In Production," or "Fully Received") to track its progress.
