If you need to connect a new card to Chip, you can do this by selecting your Linked Bank on your Profile tab, then selecting 'Update bank details', so a team member can reset this information for you.
Once your old card connection has been removed by our team, please restart the app and you will be able to input the new card information directly within your Profile tab.
The card you connect must be from the same bank account you have connected to Chip. Please note you will only be able to connect a debit card, we do not accept credit cards.
When you connect your card, we'll initiate a test transaction to ensure that the connection is valid. You can find more information about this here.
