Collect API Key from Workable
To get your Workable API Key, go to Settings.
Then go to Integrations > Apps.
Generate an API token.
Give the API token a Name, and set the expiration date.
Select the following API scopes: r_candidates, r_jobs, r_requisitions, w_candidates, r_account, w_comments, w_departments, r_timeoff, w_requisitions.
It is important that you store this API key because you will not be able to see it after you close the modal.
Integrate with CLARA
On the integration page, select Workable.
Paste your API access token.
Paste in your Workable subdomain.
A subdomain is a domain that is part of a larger domain. Your Workable subdomain is the collection of characters before .workable. Usually this is your company name.
Click Connect to ATS.
Select Jobs to Process - Select all which jobs you would like to add to CLARA.
(Hint: You can also import jobs anytime from this "Import Jobs" option on your Integrations page, once the integration is connected).
Map Actions - CLARA can map actions to your ATS. Enable CLARA to synch status with your ATS.
Follow up Questions - Decide at which status you would like to send Follow Up Questions. This can also be set up later.
